East Asia Logistics Warehouse 2 allows you to choose two types shipping method air transport and shipping , if you have large furniture or small clothes to the various types of parcels can be collected in this warehouse and then select the appropriate way to ship.

1. Sea-freight Fees and Shipping Period
Sea-freight shipping cost mainly consists of Shipping fee + GST (import duty), inclusive of custom clearance and declaration fees. Do please contact customer service for more details if necessary.

• 2） GST is 7% tax dutylevied on your import of goods, which is imposed by the government authority. As one of our customers, please honestly declare the value according to your purchase. You might be requested by custom to present the receipt or imposed the tax according to the standard value if they found any false declaration.

Sea-freight transition period is average 12 days, from the cargo stuffing date (in GZ warehouse) till the date of arrival in SG. It does not cover the period of domestic transport from seller to GZ warehouse and the storage thereafter. The cargo transition may be delayed due to any PH or festival seasons in China or Singapore.
2. Air-freight Fees and Shipping Period

* Please note that the length and width of the air transport package and any side of the length of more than 120cm, or three sides of the size of the sum of more than 280cm, orders to increase a 60sgd long oversized processing fee.

3.Inventory and Submission
You will need to obtain your unique sea-freight address from ‘User Account’ after you login to our website.
Please take not your sea-freight Marking No (start with A***, e.g. A5001) which is imbedded in your unique address. Do request your seller to mark your CORRECT Marking No. on each of your packages, or you can strongly request seller to paste the ‘Warehouse Receipt’ on the packages. We do not take the responsibility if any missing cargo due to wrong Marking No. indicated.
GZ warehouse keeps update of the cargo inventory whenever there is any parcel arrival, with information of the parcel status and volume.
If you still have other parcels pending for inventory update (unarrived), you should leave it in the system until all your parcels arrive warehouse.
You can submit the sea-freight order to release the shipment ONLY when all parcels arrive warehouse.

4.Collection and Payment
Please ask your seller deliver the goods to GZ warehouse by local courier or logistic to avoid additional cost and time for warehouse collection. But some logistic/forwarding company in China can only deliver the goods to their collection point, and in that case we will impose an appropriate collection fee in case if you entrust us to collect for you.。
Collection fee (Only in GZ):：

2m3 within the city area: RMB120-RMB180, exceed 2m3 increments doubled.
2m3 within the suburbs area: RMB150-RMB250, exceed 2m3 increments doubled.

Please let your seller to inform you all logistic costs to be incurred. Additional fees should be applied if any advance payment required to be paid on your behalf under any circumstance. Additional fees of 50RMB for the payment amount of less than 500RMB, more than 500RMB is not accepted.

5.Measurement of Consolidation
Sea-freightshipping order of combination of 10 parcels is free, additional fees should be applied if more than 10 parcels.

11-20 parcels additional fee of 50RMB
21-40 parcels additional fee of 100RMB
More than 40 parcels need to seprate order

When all your goods arrive warehouse and ready for shipping, all the parcels will be combined as a whole volume for computation of final shipping cost. So the gaps of too fragmented or uneven parcels may increase the overall volume of the shipment.

6.I Local Delivery
Please follow either of below payment method to ensure timely delivery of your shipment.

1.Website payment, after the goods packed at werhouesthe please complete payment before shipout.

2.Delivery time is from 10:00 to 6:00 pm, Saturday half day delivery to 12:00 noon, If you have a special time request please inform our customer service, confirm the additional costs.We just delivery to outside of the doorstep,not include disassembly service.

Our MRT delivery will strictly follow the schedule. If you were late, please go to next available collection point else you can contact us to make another appointment.

7.Restrictions and Notification
Import and export of certain commodities is under control regulations, and likely to cause dangerous shipping or delay of process. Some of these products are listed below, which we can’t accept for shipping:
Flammable products such as gasoline, diesel, nail polish and nail polish products, hairsprays, compressed gas cylinders, lighters, paint thinners and fireworks, lithium batteries, mousse, dyes, including alcohol product.
Drugs and tobacco (including electronic cigarettes) animals or animal specimens, fruits and vegetables, a variety of seeds, unprocessed foods and meat too, weapons and parts of weapons and simulation (including toy guns, grenades), sharp offensive weapons such as daggers, etc., pornography, fake and counterfeit goods, pirated software, CDs,etc.

Fragile items, such as to ask the customer to do their own packaging protection If there is damage to the company is not responsible for compensation, for shipping fragile can also be presented to the Company y fragile guarantee, if any questions can be to the insurance company for compensation.
Valuable goods such as diamonds, jewelry, gold, antiques.
Other: perishable or polluting goods, containing magnetic or radioactive goods, all powdered product.
Different times of the controlregulations may be different, please refer to Singapore Customs website for the latest list.

The import of food or alcoholic beverages and other controlled items requires the corresponding import documents and different customs clearance procedures and costs. If the costs are incurred, the shipper shall bear all the costs.
For transportation of such needs, once goods are confiscated by customs or temporarily detained, the owner should be responsible for the consequences and bear all additional costs incurred.

8.Terms of packing

Owing to the special conditions of sea transportation, we require packing of the goods

1. The packing should be strong and in good condition, can prevent the packing is broken, and in the transport process within the leak, separated: prevent by steppenwolf, friction, shock, or because of air pressure, temperature changes caused by the goods damaged goods, prevent damage aircraft operator or pollution, shipping containers, and equipment on the ground, due to the particularity of shipping logistics, packaging can at least weighing items compressive 1 ton, and internal items need to be fixed and protection.

The package shall be suitable for the characteristics, state and weight of the goods, and shall be convenient for handling, loading, unloading and palleting: the outer package shall be free from prominent stitches, hooks, stings, etc. The package shall be clean, dry, free from peculiar smell and oil stains.

3. The advance materials in the package shall not leak out.In addition to the paper bag packaging (such as documents, information, etc.), the consignment of goods should be packed with a belt.It is strictly prohibited to pack the goods with straw bags and bind them with straw ropes.

4. The packing belt used to bind the goods shall be able to bear all the weight of the goods and ensure that the goods will not be disconnected when lifted.

5. If the packaging of the goods does not conform to the above provisions, the company shall not be liable for any loss of the goods.
