  • 1.Free Warehouse Storage
    GZ warehouse: we provide free storage of maximum 30 days to save your shipping cost, we can consolidate all your parcels within this period until you release the shipment.
    Any parcels exceed the 30 days free storage period will be charged as 1RMB/KG per day, and for those parcels remained for more than 3 months, we have the right to dispose without further notification.

    SG warehouse: we provide free storage of maximum 7 days when your goods arrive in SG.
    Any parcels exceed the 7 days free storage period will be charges as 0.5SGD/KG per day, and for those parcels uncollected for more than 3 months, we have the right to dispose without further notification.


    2.Insurance Coverage
    We offer 5% insurance for your valuable items against loss, damage during transportation or customs inspection.You're encouraged to purchase insurance for those luxury commodities such as mobile phone, cameras, tablet and watches,etc.
    For items without insurance purchased, we offer free compensation of 3 times of the shipping fee or 100RMB per parcel, whichever is lower.
  • In case of shortage, pollution or damage to the goods caused during the custody of the goods, the custodian shall be liable for compensation (except for natural disasters or other irresistible factors).

    Damage compensation within 1000rmb = the actual value of the goods stored in the warehouse, and the compensation value beyond 1000rmb, the customer shall purchase insurance by himself.



    The insurance fee is 5% of the item value/cost, or minimal S$10; whichever is higher; The compensation is full amount of item value/cost, or maximum 2000RMB; whichever is lower.

  • Limitations and exclusions: For fragile items, insurance doesn’t cover damages caused by insufficient or unsuitable packing. If the parcel remains intact andintegrity, insurance doesn’t cover any shortage or inner damage.

    Cover is limited to the declared value, replacement cost, invoice value or actual cash value whichever is the lowest. Evidence may be requested to substantiate the declared value in the event of a claim.

  • For compensation claims, all lost and damaged parcels have to be reported within 2 working days after receive. Claims over 7 days will not be accepted upon received goods.
    3.3. Settlement of Damage
    Warehouse implements basic inspection of the packaging to ensure its integrity. When the parcel arrives our GZ warehouse with no damage and the condition remains intact, warehouse bears no responsibility of item shortage or inner damage.
    You should request seller to reinforce packing for any fragile items, as we are not responsible for damage of fragile unless otherwise we acknowledge.
