1.Fees and Process
No admin fee for Taobao spree! All you need to pay is goods value + freight charges.
Normally we charge 70% of the purchase value as the deposit, to restrict the responsibilities and obligations between you and us, so we can only process the order when the deposit is paid to us. We will notify you when the order arrives in Singapore, and the remaining payment to be cleared upon collection/delivery.

We provide service to custmer to buy from Taobao, but we are not a retailer or reseller of the items ordered. Only orders placed will be entertained and we do not accept any orders placed via telephone, e-mail or the electronic chat service on the Site unless otherwise agreed by us. We do not warrant that the items Users have ordered will be available for purchase and delivery. We will automatically cancel any item ordered if it is:

(1) With ambiguous or insufficient information that is, in our sole opinion necessary to place the order;

(2) Unsuitable to be transported by our freight agents; or

(3) Classified as hazardous material, dangerous goods, prohibited or restricted articles by IATA (International Air Transport Association), ICAO (International Civil Aviation Organization), any applicable government department or other relevant organization e.g. China Export Controls;

The site provides product information, we will try to make sales of goods and merchandise described on the website is consistent. However, since the goods in the course of filming, color differences, computer resolution, and other factors, we cannot guarantee the information and product description is exactly the same, especially for the color difference.
