2.Submit Air-freight Order
In our system, you can monitor the online status of all your parcel.
When the goods has been sent to your unique warehouse address in GZ, our system updates the parcel information and weight/volume, estimate the shipping cost accordingly.
If you still have other parcels pending for inventory update (unarrived), you should leave it in the system until all your parcels arrive warehouse.
You can submit the air-freight order to release the shipment ONLY when all parcels arrive warehouse.

3.Measurement of Volumetric
The cost of a parcel can be affected by the amount of space that it occupies on an aircraft, rather than the actual weight. This is the volumetric (or dimensional) weight. Air-freight adopts the actual weight or volume weight whichever is higher. You're suggested to request seller to reduce the volume and pack it up in a good condition. Volumetric weight=Length x Width x Height(cm)/ 5000

When you order something which is very bulky like soft toys, pillow, or fragile items with wrap bubble etc, please communicate with your seller to provide you the dimension of the packaging. Or you can seek our advice if any necessary. .

4.Fees and Shipping Cycle

• 1）Door delivery order: Flight available from Mon-Sun, except Sat and PH. Express Ai Takes 2-3 working days,Budget Air 4-6 working days,Eco line 10-14 working days.

*Shipping cycle is from the date shipped from GZ warehouse till the date of arrival in SG. It does not include Sat, Sun or any PH in SG or China.
* Sensitive: certain item causes sensitive clearance during export and import under custom controls, e.g. food, battery, cosmetic, liquid, lotion and medicine, powder, pornography,counterfeit goods and CD, etc. It would be slower than normal air-freight because of the custom clearance, and for transportation of such needs, once goods are confiscated by customs or temporarily detained, we will not bear any further responsibility rather than the shipping fee waiver.

5.Measurement and Repacking（Temporarily unavailable）

1.Repacking

a.Select the need to repacking the package, submit the package.

b.Click on the consolidated package view to see the status of the order.

c.The consolidation package is complete and the new parcel is reloaded to the shipper number

Upon your goods arrival, our GZ warehouse implements inventory update with the estimated volume/weight for your reference, and usually there may be deviation of +-0.5kg.
To help you save international shipping costs, all items will be packaged to minimize the extra volume if any necessary, but still maintain the integrity of the package. And necessary packaging material (cardboard or paper bag) may causes increasing of shipping weight, the gaps between the parcels may also increase the volume of the shipment.

Collection is at the designated MRT (outside the exit). We will SMS you a notification on the collection date.
Our MRT delivery will strictly follow the schedule. If you were late, please go to next available collection point else you can contact us to make another appointment.

• 2）Home delivery

The parcel will be delivered on the next day upon shipping fee being paid. Delivery is between 8AM-19PM, from Mon-Sat.This delivery service and charges is only applicable for residential address, except Camp, Airport, island (sentosa, jurong island), Tuas industrial area and other outskirt area (Lim Chu Kang, ect)

*Please take note that we only engage third party courier service for local delivery, from 10AM-6PM, unless otherwise agreed by us.
If any delay or missing of parcel during delivery, we should assist you to claim against the delivery agent but bear no responsibility for it.
You will have to accept and agree the above when you select local delivery.

7.Restrictions and Notification
Import and export of certain commodities is under control regulations, and likely to cause dangerous shipping or delay of process. Some of these products are listed below, which we can’t accept for shipping:
Flammable products such as gasoline, diesel, nail polish and nail polish products, hairsprays, compressed gas cylinders, lighters, paint thinners and fireworks, lithium batteries, mousse, dyes, including alcohol product.
Drugs and tobacco (including electronic cigarettes) animals or animal specimens, fruits and vegetables, a variety of seeds, unprocessed foods and meat too, weapons and parts of weapons and simulation (including toy guns, grenades), sharp offensive weapons such as daggers, etc., pornography, fake and counterfeit goods, pirated software, CDs,etc.
Valuable goods such as diamonds, jewelry, gold, antiques.
Other: perishable or polluting goods, containing magnetic or radioactive goods, all powdered product.
Different times of the controlregulations may be different, please refer to Singapore Customs website for the latest list.
For transportation of such needs, once goods are confiscated by customs or temporarily detained, the owner should be responsible for the consequences and bear all additional costs incurred.
